1. PTS Wizard is software, not a financial service
PTS Wizard ("the Service") is an educational and analytical software tool. It reads a chart image that you provide and generates an automated, illustrative technical analysis based on Smart Money Concepts (a publicly documented charting methodology). The output — direction, illustrative entry, stop, and target levels, and a conviction score — is a software-generated interpretation for research and educational purposes only.
The Service:
- is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser;
- never holds, custodies, transfers, or manages your money, securities, or crypto-assets;
- never trades at its own discretion — it does not decide what, when, or whether to trade; the trading decisions and settings are always yours.
Connecting an exchange is entirely optional. Without it, PTS Wizard is analysis-only. If you choose to connect, you supply your own exchange API keys, which stay under your control, and an order is sent to your own exchange account only when you review a specific setup and tap Execute yourself. PTS Wizard does not place trades automatically and never holds your funds or trades on its own initiative — every order is one you place, in your own account, with your own credentials.

Nothing produced by PTS Wizard is, or should be construed as:
- financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice;
- a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, contract, currency, or crypto-asset;

Automated technical analysis is inherently uncertain. Past performance — including any record shown on the public ledger or leaderboard — is not indicative of future results. The ledger reflects how illustrative setups would have been graded against historical price movement; it is a transparency and education feature, not a promise, projection, or representation of profit.
